Absolutely Beautiful Property!

If you're looking for a place to relax with lots of friends or family, look no further. My husband and I had been looking for months for a house big enough for both of our immediate families to enjoy the week of our wedding. We couldn't have picked a better house. With three kitchens, 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Our families were able to relax and be together without being on top of each other. There is plenty of room to have your own space. Everything was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The photos of this property do not do it justice. We were able to bring our boat and had plenty of parking for the boat trailer and 5 cars. The property owners were a pleasure to rent from. We will definitely be back again. This is an exceptional rental home especially if you have a big family and want lost of space. Everything you could possibly want is in this house. State of the art kitchens and bathrooms, an industrial outdoor kitchen and top notch Barbecue area. Wifi and surround sound throughout. Almost every room in the house has a flat screen Hi-Def. TV including the pool area. I can't say enough good things about our stay here. Thanks to Florida Keys Vacation Rentals! We'll be back!

Dream Vacation!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful house! The pictures do not do this house justice. It was more than we could have hoped for and exceeded our expectations. We feel like every detail was taken into consideration. We stayed there with 3 families (6 adults, 4 children) and never felt crowded. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table, the outdoor bar area and the kayaks and paddle-boards that were available. We also made friends with the local Iguanas! :) We hope to come back here in the near future!

WOW -- what a fantastic vacation. This house is nothing short of amazing and we will definitely be back! Spent Thanksgiving here with 10 family members and had plenty of space -- loved the suite upstairs and the mother in law's suite down stairs -- we all had plenty of space of our own. Everything was literally perfect -- nice sized pool, plenty of outdoor furniture, excess lines and towels, every kitchen/bar item you could possibly need, multiple refrigerators, beautiful balconies, kayaks, paddle-boards and more! The dock access was also very convenient for our boat rental and the canals were a nice, easy route to main ocean waters. The outdoor TV and bar was also a huge hit with our family for football games. Can't go wrong with this house -- though selfishly I don't want others to know just what a GEM it is :-). Also, very convenient to Publix and Winn Dixie, as well as Sombrero Beach. Overall can't beat it... the absolute perfect family vacation!

Dream Vacation At This Resort Compound!

We stayed at this amazing property to celebrate my 50th Birthday celebration and can't imagine staying anywhere else. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room for each of us to have our own privacy. The pool and outdoor kitchen made it nice as we didn't need to use either of the two indoor kitchens. This place is new and nice as it gets plus it is only a short bike ride to the Publix market.

This house is nicer than most 5-star hotels. There is tons of room, and the house is set up for the perfect keys lifestyle living. The owner communicated very well and gave plenty of recommendations for eating shopping and anything else you can think of. The owner also recommended a company that delivered a boat for our week stay right to the dock. I can't wait to stay here again.

Excellent Large Family Getaway!

Without question one of the nicest homes we have stayed at in the Keys. The dock was perfect and access to the ocean was an easy 15-minute cruise through a beautiful canal. The inside of the house was specious and inviting . But the majority of our time was spent at the outdoor bar and kitchen. for our group this amenity was tailor made. Every meal was prepared and enjoyed here. Great, great place! Don't miss the opportunity to stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful, Fun Home Made For An Excellent Vacation

I stayed in this house with my family and friends the first weekend in March, Needless to say, this home is made for the ultimate vacation experience. I was a great combination of relaxing comfort, mixed with fun activities and entertainment. For starters, my boyfriend and I are in a pool league, so having an outdoor pool table made for fun competitive evenings. The pool and hot tub were amazing to relax in, while friends cooked burgers, hot dogs and other meals using the outdoor kitchen. On the days where we didn't feel like leaving the home, we had the option to drop Kayaks off the back dock into the canal. We saw all kinds of birds and beautiful homes on our exploration through the canals (just make sure to bring the map!!) The home was incredibly spacious, yet cozy at the same time. The middle balcony was a great area to escape the morning sun and sip on coffee and Mimosas. We even saw a shooting star. Once our trip had ended...such a sad day! This home is a great getaway, especially for large groups. I will absolutely be recommending this place to friends, and I will 100% make it a point to return in the future.

This House Is Amazing

As great as this house looks in pictures, it is even better in person! The entire house is decorated in top of the line everything! Travertine, marble, granite, stainless steel appliances...the house looks brand new! There are three complete kitchens, one on the main (second floor), one in the mother in law suite, and an outdoor kitchen that is just amazing. The outdoor kitchen has a full refrigerator and freezer, a full gas oven with 4 burners, a flat top griddle; and there is also a large barbecue, and a chest freezer for your own 'catch of the day'. We would awaken and have coffee and breakfast outside. (I must admit, we brought our own cappuccino machine with us) There is even a giant screen TV in the outdoor kitchen, so we were able to watch the NFL Playoff games while floating in the pool. We spent the entire week hanging out at the outdoor kitchen. All three kitchens are completely stocked. The downstairs mother in law suite is huge... but most of all, the house is immaculate. The Managers are always responsive, usually within an hour of sending an email. The pool is huge, heated, and wonderful. There are two kayaks, and two paddle-boards. There were 7 of us staying for the week. We rented bicycles (they were delivered right to our door, with helmets, and picked up the same way when we finished). We rented a boat, docked it the house, and went fishing, and snorkeling. The beach is less than a mile away, the Publix grocery store is a mile away, and both of these are on the same street as the house. If you decide to stay here, please do not over-pack; we brought enough clothing for the week, but spent almost the entire week in our swimsuits; and the on site washer and dryer kept all our towels dry (there are sufficient bath towels for everyone in the pool bath; did I forget to mention the pool bath? We either stayed by the pool, went for bike rides, took the boat out, or just made friends with the friends with the Iguanas, and watched the Manatees in the canal. The week we just spent here was a week in paradise. You MUST book this house...it is everyting you could hope for, and more.

This One Is Really Nice

Came down for a holiday family vacation. Ten of us enjoyed this property so much we didn't want to leave. We barely left the house as it had everything we needed.The outdoor patio had plenty of seating and lounge chairs. The pool and hot tub were a plus. We spent hours playing pool, watching football on the outdoor television, lounging in the hot tub and swimming in the heated pool.
Wasn't sure if I was going to like the canal location (have always had ocean or bay frontage) but this was really cool. Two Kayaks and Paddle-boards at your disposal and they did get used! Calm mornings paddling through the canals right next to the Manatees and shore birds. Loved it! Fishing from the dock!
Good sized kitchens with every appliance and gadget you can think of. Plenty of dishes and glasses and cups for large groups. Seating at the dining table for ten. One of the best houses I have been to in the Keys. Didn't want to leave the property, but If you have to .... there's all your shopping needs with a four minute drive. Great house, thanks again!
